Remote Data Labeling Specialist

Workada is hiring Remote Data Labeling Specialists to help create high-quality labeled data for advanced technology systems. In this role, you will review, organize, categorize, evaluate, and quality-check digital content such as text, images, documents, and online information. Your work will directly support the accuracy, consistency, and real-world performance of intelligent digital systems. This is a focused, detail-driven role for people who enjoy independent computer-based work and take pride in getting things right. You will follow project guidelines, identify errors or inconsistencies, assess content quality, and contribute to datasets that help technology better understand information, follow instructions, and deliver useful results. Requirements
Strong attention to detail and the ability to review digital content accurately. Comfortable working on a computer for extended periods. Reliable internet connection and access to a suitable work environment. Ability to follow written guidelines, project instructions, and quality standards consistently. Clear written communication skills in English. Basic familiarity with spreadsheets, online forms, web-based platforms, or similar digital tools. Good judgment when reviewing text, images, documents, or other online content. Ability to work independently, stay focused, and meet deadlines. Integrity, reliability, curiosity, and a strong commitment to quality. Previous experience in data labeling, data annotation, content moderation, quality assurance, research, writing, customer support, operations, or administrative work is helpful but not required.
