Remote Content Reviewer - United States
Description
TELUS Digital is seeking detail-oriented, internet-savvy contributors in the United States for a flexible remote freelance opportunity supporting AI-powered search technology. As a Content Reviewer, you will evaluate text, webpages, images, search results, and other online content through a dedicated online platform. Your work will help improve the relevance, accuracy, and quality of search experiences used by millions of people worldwide. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching online information, understands U.S. culture and current events, and can apply clear guidelines with consistency and independent judgment. This is an independent contractor opportunity, not an employment relationship. You can choose when and how much you work, depending on task availability, productivity, and quality standards. Only one person per household may participate in the TELUS Digital Rating Program.
Requirements
No previous professional experience is required, but candidates must meet the program requirements and successfully complete the qualification process. Key requirements: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Residence in the United States for the past three consecutive years - Strong understanding of U.S. business, media, sports, news, social media, culture, and current affairs - Active use of Gmail and social media platforms - Confident web browsing skills and ability to evaluate a wide range of online content - Daily access to a reliable broadband internet connection - Access to a personal computer - Access to a smartphone running Android 5.0 or higher or iOS 14 or higher - Ability to complete an English language assessment, an open-book qualification exam, and ID verification - Self-motivation, accuracy, and the ability to follow detailed quality guidelines
