Senior Graphic Designer | Remote Freelance Projects with US & European Startups

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can deliver polished, high-impact visual work in a fast-moving remote environment. In this role, you will collaborate directly with clients, translate briefs into compelling brand and product visuals, and create production-ready design assets that support real business outcomes. You will work independently, manage your own schedule, and contribute to projects where strong visual craft, speed, ownership, and clear communication matter. Requirements
5+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design. 5+ years of commercial experience using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Illustrator. Strong portfolio showcasing brand, marketing, digital, and production-ready design work. Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, composition, color, layout, and design systems. Ability to create polished work from scratch and adapt quickly to existing brand guidelines or style systems. Advanced English communication skills, with confidence discussing creative briefs, presenting ideas, defending design decisions, and raising blockers early. Proven ability to work remotely with high ownership, minimal supervision, and consistent delivery against deadlines. Strong reliability, accountability, and proactive communication. Ability to ramp up quickly in startup environments and deliver meaningful work within days, not weeks.
